After eight brutal years of war, peace is within reach—just one final enemy stronghold stands between Santiago Silva and the united forces of North America. As a powerful wind mage, Santi leads the charge, only to stumble upon a desperate ritual that flings him back in time.
He awakens two days before the System’s arrival, with a rare opportunity: a chance to rewrite history. This time, his loved ones will survive. This time, the enemy won’t grow unstoppable. And maybe, just maybe, he can uncover the true purpose of the System itself.
But Santi is not alone in his return. Six Apostates—ruthless foes from the future—have also been pulled back. Now, locked in a race against time, he must outmaneuver their dark plots before they unravel everything he’s fighting to protect.
Expect slow-burn character growth, a journey from weak to powerful, and deep, complex relationships. This is not a tale of murder-hobos or stat-crunching, but one of resilience, strategy, and the human side of survival.

Emrys Ambrosius has been a fan of reading since he was five. Escaping to fantasy worlds with dragons, like in Eragon or the works of Tolkien, that passion for reading only grew to encompass all things “nerd.” His passions include D&D and video games like Oblivion, Skyrim, and The Witcher, especially The Witcher 3.
He began writing when he was thirteen years old…and never finished anything he started. A peek at his Google Docs would find dozens and dozens of half-finished projects. It wasn’t until he was 29, married, and with two kids that he was finally driven enough to finish a book. By this time, he had discovered a way to turn his love of D&D and video games into stories on the page.
When reading his books, you can expect well-written action and, hopefully, a few solid punches to the feels.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my stories with everyone! I love being able to do this, and I wouldn’t have this opportunity without the people who support me and the readers who bring my writing to life within their imagination. Thank you!”
